Oh I drew that in a sketchbook, scanned it in, and then traced it on a separate layer. I used black as my color selection and I used a pressure sensitive brush at a really fine setting. I can't remember how big I had it but I feel like it was around a size 13. I use a wacom board to do my drawings so if you aren't using a drawing board of some sort then it'll be harder to do lineart than that. Hope that helps.
