Because Veronica is a demon, she can't really die 'normally'. You could literally snap her neck but she'd continue to live, and possibly 'heal' in a way. 
The best way to off her is to make sure she bleeds a lot. Attacking any organs or slicing off a limb or two (or her entire upper body; whichever you prefer) will do the job. 
An alternative is to cut off her breathing, but since she's a shadow demon with offensive powers, she could easily take control of your shadow and take control of the situation. 
Heads up though; She's on edge and reeeeeeally paranoid so she's going to fight back and will most likely put her shadow manipulation to work.

Amanzi can be killed in most of the normal ways that people can be killed. She will fight back if she gets the chance, and probably fight dirty, too. Or maybe attempt to turn into a shadow and run away. Better make it quick in that case. I would try to avoid catching her at night or in dark places if I were you, unless she's asleep. 
And she has several knives, even if she doesn't use them for fighting too often. May whip one out and/or throw it as a surprise attack or if you've found a way around her shadowy stuff. 
No special way she has to be killed, though.

Also. If Emily is to be killed (late thing) B) 
She'll go down fighting unless she is caught by surprise or unable to move B) 

And Aquillo is very easily killed. He won't fight back.

Is the Murderer targets Dhakiyah, she will go down fighting. She has elongated talons and will attempt to shred the murderer. However, if you catch her in the darkness, she is weakened ridiculously and can not fight.

For the record, Melusine has surprising endurance and three hearts, so keep that in mind in case she dies. There's no "special" way that she must be killed, though.

Aphina can be killed any way, but she'll probably fight back oops so it'd be more convenient to catch her at a vulnerable stage ;D To deal the most pain, her horn is extremely sensitive, and she'd probably dissolve into a begging mess if you so much as chipped it ahahahahaha

She'd probably leave behind her ring and clothes.

To kill Tikami, you can just kill her the way you would normally kill someone, but if you want her to suffer, break her horns. It causes a lot of bloodloss and if both break, she'll die.

Tikami was killed via lynch as a suspect of murder. Have fun with the rest!

Luca has to be killed with an angel blade , this is the only way to really "kill" him, otherwise he just comes back....eventually. Gotta kill his soul to kill him yadda yadda
Stab him anywhere you would normally stab someone to kill em; neck, stomach, chest, heart, whatever

Oh! and his eyes get glowy when he dies, dunno if that'll ever be an important detail, but im puttin it in anyways-

Kichi can be killed by stabbing him or something fun like that. There's no special way to kill him as long it's bloody and he cries.

Upon death he'd leave behind his coat and the ruby Atticus gave him on a chain assuming the rest of the body.... Goes somewhere??

Though for Casper, keep in mind that he only dies from severe brain damage or dislocating his head. So it's likely he will suffer a lot before he dies. UvU

 Ways for them to die and what they leave behind. This is gonna be fun.

Aquillo's death: MELTED LIKE A SNOWMAN   
What he leaves behind: A carrot and a top hat His clothes. His clothes won't melt, they'll just be stained with his blood because him melting means that his blood spills out as well as him turning into water.   

Emily's death: Either her head chopped off/ripped off or her soul ripped out of her body. Orbothifyouwant  
What she leaves behind: The necklace Ruby gave her and her scythe.
