1. Make him grinning.
2. Manga style w/thick lineart and crisp shading.
3. Keyblade based off refs (I've got this one down, I quizzed Cat while your flob was in progress)
4. Posed like background girl in pic. (lulz I'll masculine-ify it. XD)
5. You'll add a pixie for fullbody bribe? I wouldn't say 'no' ;].

1} Use the colors on the original avi on the Journal entry
