Aw wow! It's the same for me.. since the year I was born. I dug out a picture of me sat in my pram smiling away, half way up Arnside Knott :]

Aww! Me and my friends go up there a lot and stay with my grandparents. I think the best walk we went on was from Arnside to Beetham and back across the bay :3
We passed by fairy steps on the way there x3
I love the village, everyone is so friendly....

Ah yes, lovely walk. And Fairy Steps are gorgeous :] Where are you from? We normally stay in a caravan in between new barns and white creek. I love it, best place ever :] I love shopping in the village, looking at all the little nic-nacs they sell xx

I'm from Manchester, but my grandparents live in Arnside. Do you happen to know The Spinney or Spinney Lane?
It's one of my favourite places ever, there's a great feel there, everyone knows everyone else :')

Yeah, that's the one ^^
There's also a footpath leading down to the woods next to the house, so we get a lot of walkers going past.
It really is amazing. With any luck, i never will stop visting. If i didn't love Manchester so much, i'd move there someday.
Have you ever done a cross bay walk from Arnside?

Ye I didn't it once when I was younger, just me and my dad over to Grange. Was a good walk until we got a bit stuck in some muddy sand haha, but turned out fine then got the train back.. was a good day! you ever done it? I wanna go there right now!! LOL x

I've done it a few times. There's one coming up i was going to attend, but it's in the middle of exams, so no one can come with me. I don't feel like doing it on my own :c
All the sand in Arnside is muddy XD
