I just talked to Morton and no - DA makes the prints and sends them. You just need a Paypal.

On my end, I'll just use the credit on dA to get Points with.
What it is is that once the credit balance is over 120.00/year [Since I haven't specified a Paypal], they send the balance to me by mail.
Which probably won't happen because I'll just keep buying points each time.
