yes, for furry  and anthro arts but I dont know if you will like it or not
but there are some good artists and I mostly post my com there 
the only thing I dont like it's the extreme nsfw arts u_u

It's not over yet, I am writing it and I should also translate it (it's designed to be a book) I will soon upload the characters' sheets anyway <3 is a project that I started shortly.
For commissions yes but I've only worked for Italians (I'm Italian) using paypal, i do not know how it works out there on deviantart >3<
