In a nutshell what happens is that we both agree on a set story; characters, end goal, etc. And we just go from there writing the story.
An example would be; I write as Loki, you write as an OC or something, I do crossovers as well, and then the end goal could be they end up married. Our job as writers is to fill in the space in-between with story without ghosting the other. Ghosting is when you write for the other person's character with what they see, hear, feel, taste, or do.
If you'd like I can send you a note with an example.
