Thank you so much! I took the weekend off for the...birthday weekend. My dad's birthday is the day after mine, so...yeah....I finally got to see the Croods and got some awesome stuff, though, so it's all good I think. (Apparently my mom never realized what a dark sense of humor I have, though. My brother gave me a t-shirt that reads 'Some people just need a high five. In the face.' And my mom thinks it's an awful shirt, encouraging violence and told my brother all day he was 'corrupting' me. *shrugs* )

Well, my mom's humor isn't exactly dark so she doesn't really see eye to eye on the darker stuff. And I've told her about, say, reading Cupcakes. (Which is well-written despite its grimdark subject matter.)It's not that big a deal, really...besides, I'm too shy to be openly violent in actuality, and I'm sure she knows it.

I really don't think many people who read things like that are 'openly' violent. I read things like that all the time, and I'm not even violent in my tae kwon or Shu jo(I can't remember how to spell it but thats how it sounds >3<) classes. Only in video games ='3

Yeah, well...I had one a while back, and I noticed a ton of roleplay tumblr accounts. And I thought, 'I love roleplaying, I should give that a go!' So now I'm an addict. But my character has lots of friends, a son/younger brother figure, and a sexy boyfriend now. And I think I'm happy with that.

I like writing on paper before I do any typing. Then I can erase and edit and do whatever, like put notes in the margin or doodles of what I think something should look like...

I'm massively RPing Supernatural right now. Just...yeah. Pretty much all day, every day, I'm that addicted. But everyone's so AWESOME.

I would but i hate re-writing things. so i type first and any notes i need i put on paper. lol

never watched. lol. I only have one person to RP with. its alittle sad. but I'm not very sociable (well i cant start a convo.) so i guess it makes sense. lol

Well, Tumblr's a great place to meet new rp friends. You find some people who have character roleplay accounts and basically put yourself out there. It can be a nerve-wracking, but meeting new people always is. All you need is to ask someone an in-character question, or to introduce yourself, follow them, anything of the sort. You can get better and define your character better along the way...

Or at least, that's what I've found.

You can always tell your online partners your schedules. They'll understand, I'm sure...I know the circle I RP with are really understanding when you have to take off for a few days or abruptly get off...they're all really nice.
