For some reason I wasn't as well recognized as Italy (I was mistaken for Chibi Romano instead of Chibitalia, and not well recognized as puppy Italy. I also keep forgetting to bring my white flag xDD; ) But I was recognized as Sealand more xDDD

Back in Sac Anime January, when I was sailor Italy, I was mistaken for Sealand x_x (HOW? Besides the sailor suit, although my hair curl keeps hiding from people! I'm thinking of remaking it xD )
There are some Flickr pictures I found of the skits xDD
I think there's a wig shop nearby where I live (I hear it sells almost ANY wig style, but I've never been, so I don't know exactly xDD )

I've seen some Latvias (who, clearly to me, look like Latvia!) who weren't recognized. I suppose it's the outfit and they don't see the hair (some people use their natural hair instead of a wig (they can't afford it/wear it)) That's my theory, though it's still silly in my opinion 9_9

Err, no real specific one...
I usually buy from any store that is either "top-rated seller" or has a good rating, in addition to a cheap price because I can't spend a lot of money right now ;^;
I actually got my Italy wig from Cosplay FU and my Sealand (actually Finland!) wig from eBay.
