The Blond hair man looked on to Laharl with a piqued interest from a distance. " HEY HEY HEY~" He said running up immediately grabbing Laharl's antennas " You must use a lot of hair jell to keep these things up!" He said smiling away holding the hair out in front of him arms out stretched. He then proceeded to grab Laharl's scarf and question whether or not if it was made in China like everything else was these days. As well as many other questions that no one would be able to understand with the pace he was talking. As a country, especially a young one he was very curious. Did he usually great in such a way? No, but it was hard not to when you see a blue haired boy with no shirt in a scarf with red eyes and pointy elf ears. Why WOULDN'T you go up to him and start yanking on anything and asking as many questions as possible?

Wow, and to think that Laharl was just trying to relax, now he was getting everything tugged on by this.. this.. Kid!? He glared and tried to rip away from him, holding his hair with a glare, only to see that he was yanking at his scarf. "Stop it!" He shouted with such anger beaming from his crimson red eyes. His scarf whipped around and tried to push him off, it moving on it's own. "Cut it out, Brat! Get the hell away from me!" He shouted louder and shoved at the kid with his scarf, trying to knock him over. "Somebody get him away from me!!"

Alfred stood in the exact place he stood since he pulled the scarf. "Oh Pshhhh! Your no fun! Lighten up a little bit!" He said yanking on the scarf trying to push him away.

Laharl looked over his shoulder with crimson eyes and raised a brow. "What is it, Viral?"

Viral crossed his arms and gave a sort of annoyed look. "Why do I have to be your vassal when you know I don't do much?"

Laharl chuckled softly to Viral's question and closed his red eyes with amusement. "That's an easy question, Viral," He smirked. "It's because you were once an Overlord yourself, were you not?" He opened his red eyes and questioned the purple haired demon for a moment. "the fact that I now have an Overlord as a Vassal.. it is almost like a Prize to me, Viral."

Viral rolled his eyes at Laharl's answers, making him wish he'd never have set foot in Laharl's netherworld to begin with. "Yeah yeah, I know that. Did you HAVE to take my netherworld too though?"

"Yes." Was Laharl's simple response, as if what Viral was speaking was ridiculous. Did he Have to? Of course he did! He was going to take over all the Netherworlds! All of the human world, and even celestia! "It's just one more step to reaching my goal!"

"And the goal is?" Viral probably knew what was coming, but he asked anyways. Something like...take over the universe or something. More like, get as much screen time as you can get.

Laharl lifted his hands into the air and laughed. "AHAHAA!! You know what that is, Viral! You've been with me long enough to know!?" He questioned and leaned towards Viral, taking a step towards him now. "Take over everything! The humans, the stupid angels, and all of the netherworld." He then pointed into Viral's face. "And you're helping me." He smirked.

"...Why should I help you at all?" He crossed his arms arrogantly. "Like I care what your stupid 'goals' are."

"You've already helped me, Viral. I don't care if you don't help me now, but you've already done so much," He smirked and turned his back to face Viral. He raised a hand in the air. "Taking over your netherworld was a sinch!"

"That's because you tricked me into showing you were it was..." He muttered, though with those damn sensitive ears of Laharl, he most likely heard. Viral turned around so he didn't have to see Laharl. "Yeah Yeah whatever. Not like taking over other netherworlds will be that easy."

"Yeah, you're right," He turned around to see Viral's back. He rolled his eyes. "But you gave yours away easily. But no doubt that other demons will be as mindless, however, not as powerful, either," He smirked. Was he hinting something to Viral?

Viral sort of understood what he meant. Pretty much saying that he was mindless and...powerful? That's new. "Are you trying to say I'm more powerful than other Overlords or something?"

Laharl just gave Viral a heavy shrug, smiling over to him. "Maybe, you just haven't really shown anybody your true potential." He was really getting at something with this, egging the poor man on. "Not saying you have one. Maybe you don't, who knows. have you ever tried?" He asked. He was just teasing him now.

Viral turned back around and glared at Laharl. Of course he could never tell if Laharl was just teasing or plain picking a fight anymore. "Are you 'trying' to pick a fight with me or something?"

Laharl shook his head, "No, why would I? It's a waist of time," He admitted and took a few steps towards Viral, and once near him, put a hand on his shoulder. "just try to calm down a bit, huh?" He asked with a smirk. "Maybe enjoy a nice slice of Cake?" He snickered.

"...I really do hate you sometimes for that." Viral shook his head and backed away from Laharl. Dammit, why does he have to go and say 'cake'?! "Hmph...I'm fine! I don't need anything from 'you at all."

Laharl Shrugged. "Suit yourself, but I hear that fear made a excellent cake last night, you should try it," He bounced his eyebrows and then walked off, hinting about his other vassal who usually wound up cooking for Viral and nobody else.
"Later," He then said before turning the corner away from viral, "I challenge you in a race!" of course, his favorite video game. And without waiting for Viral to say 'yes' or 'no', he walked around the corner and out of sight.

Laharl made his way to the kitchen and saw a half eaten cake on the table. He pulled out a plate from the cupboards with his scarf and pulled it down with a smile. He was going to get a big piece of that sweet cake.

Sooner or later Viral caught up and turned the corner to come into the kitchen, quickly noticing that Laharl was there. He did the same and went to get a plate for himself...

Laharl smirked over towards Viral and shook his head. "I knew the temptation of your favorite food was too hard to resist, wasn't it, Viral?" He asked as he cut into it and got a huge slice for himself.

Laharl cackled and got his plate to the table, with a fork and dug in, but he had his crimson eyes glued on the vassal who was previously an overlord before in Laharl's grasp. He chewed and was silent. For once.

Viral was not paying attention to Laharl at all, or rather trying reaaaally hard to ignore him. He got his plate and sat on the opposite side from Laharl. The farther he can get, the better...

Laharl watched closely with Viral's actions and felt a grin come to his face as Viral sat as far away from the Overlord as he could. Rolling those red eyes of his, he snickered softly while he ate. "Am I a disease?"

"No." was his simple answer. Viral had finally looked towards Laharl's way, and of course he'd find Laharl grinning stupidly like usual. And snickering. He sighed and just started eating some more cake.

Laharl rolled his eyes with that grin and sighed. "Oh Viral, you're so distant from everybody," He said, taking another bite of the moist cake that was made the night before. "you really need to loosen up. Is it really that bad here?"

"...No." It's not that it was bad, it's just that...it's usually bad when Laharl's around. Whether it be making fun of Viral or rubbing things in his face just to make him mad, he always did SOMETHING to apparently annoy him.

"Then what is it?" He replied as he finished the last of the white cake that was on his plate. Though sometimes Viral was a bit annoying and never did listen well. He always had an attitude and seemed to really not care... Laharl liked him. Though he'd never admit this fact to the public, or even to Viral, it was true. Secretly, he wanted to get on Viral's good side, if there even was a good side.

"It's nothing." He replied simply and had just finished his cake too. Viral didn't really like Laharl much at all. Maybe a few tiny moments which only lasts seconds but...yeah nothing really.

Laharl watched Viral finish up the dessert and let out a sigh, rubbing his nothingness of a stomach. "Now," He started with a grin, trying to ignore the fact that Viral wont ever talk to him about anything. Ever.
"About that race," A smirk stretched across the overlord's face, his crimson eyes peering into Viral's different colored eyes. strange how he had them, yet, he always thought Viral just wouldn't be the same without his strange quirks. "C'mon, I'll show you that you can't beat me!" He stood on from the table, almost slamming his hands down on the surface of it, pointing to Viral. "I challenge you!"

Viral glanced over to Laharl and got up too. "I will beat you no matter what!" Pretty much saying challenge accepted.

Laharl cackled and threw his head back. Perfect! Maybe some time for them to actually bond..? Naw! Viral would never do something as girly as that. Nor would Laharl, well, openly anyways.
He left his dishes on the table for one of the other vassals to get, his scarf flickering around as if alive, behind him. "c'mon, I'd like to see you try, Viral!"

Viral left his dishes where it was too and started walking towards the game room. "Uh huh."

"What kind of determination is that?" Laharl asked, looking over his shoulder at his vassal following him to the game room. "You really don't think you win huh? You know just, for a fact, that your Overlord will win at any game!" That is.. until Viral saw the truth.. Etna beat Laharl every time.

"Of course I'll win! I've never lost a game yet." Even though he says that, it's because there was no one to ever play with him. But hey, why not try now when no one even knows that?

"HA! Really? But I've never seen your scores on the game, so how would I know this is true?" He shot viral a side glance and a smile spread across his face. He was enjoying his time, and probably going to enjoy it more when he kicked viral's ass in this game.
"Alright, Viral. Well since you've done this before, lets go right to the hardest level!"

Laharl cackled and pushed more on the buttons, almost button mashing the remote, moving it left and right, as if if he moved it around, it would move his character more. He had such a determined look on his face, his tongue coming out and licking his lips with his eyes concentrated. "Dammit!"

Viral wasn't as determined as Laharl and only focused on passing up Laharl's character on the game. He wasn't pressing as many buttons as Laharl was for sure, but Viral as catching up quickly.
