Hi! Do you have recommendations on how use your V4 characters materials with iray? I tried mostdigitalcreations' converter but didnt feel that, perhaps you know what works too

I dont know for sure but I think there's an Iray skin shader setting that comes with the daz studio program itself. You can find it under shader presets and it overrules the old skinshader preset but keeps the textures.

I dont know their quality as I have not tried them out myself.

Hi there!

How are you in the middle of PA Sale, still breathing ? Please let me take you a minute or two. I got GenX2 to keep me busy and transferred Mayflower. Would you like to get her? She doesn't require anything as I built her on Genesis and then transferred onto Gen2F. I plan to make a journal with more promos and an offering of her (the first twenty people, say, who request her will get her as a free gift, whereas my watchers may request her for free regardless on time they do that), but first, my fellow 3D artists I owe so much . Please drop me a note if you are interested.

Ik ben een fan van je werk, en heb de meeste van je modellen in mijn bezit. Maar sinds je vraagt om wensen en suggesties, heb ik inderdaad een verzoekje: zou je voortaan ook een face skin kunnen toevoegen zonder blosjes/rouge? Ik begrijp dat die het uitzonderlijk goed doen in de promo's, maar ik zou je prachtige textures ook graag zonder kunnen gebruiken.

Hi Senzo, leuk te horen dat je mijn producten waardeert :) (Smile) Voor wat betreft je vraag: de "default makeup" bevat, die noem ik altijd "MU00" die bevat altijd het "onopgemaakte" gezicht, dus zonder rouge, lipstick, oogschaduw of eyeliner Mocht je de oogschaduws wel willen gebruiken en wat kennis hebben van Photoshop: leg dan de opgemaakte versie over de onopgemaakte versie en gum de rouge uit, samenvoegen en een nieuwe naam geven. En dan kun je deze texture toevoegen via de material room.

Duh, dat ik daar niet zelf op gekomen ben :-( (Sad) Uren zitten filteren zonder het gewenste resultaat. Nou ja, soms zie je het meest voor de hand liggende over het hoofd. Bedankt voor de tip! :-) (Smile)
