# About me
Name's Kels. Seventeen. In the wonderful world of art (which I often confuse with Oz), my speciality is watercolor. I draw, I cut, I ink, I paste, and I set fire - art explains me. I don't do well with "intolerant" people and hi, by the way.- Ten Things to Know about PaintedJewel (that's me!) -
1) I won't make free art, so please don't ask
2) I won't change my style, so I dare you to ask
3) Yes, I do landscapes, canines, humans... The works
4) Yes, I have a tablet, and I worked with it for about a year straight before it stopped working for me - it didn't "feel" right anymore
5) Most of my art has an American Indian feel to it, and that is inspired through books I grew up reading (Goble's books), the desert I live in, and Jewel and Sierra (Jewel, who is my Paint and the inspiration behind my name, and Sierra who is a blue-eyed buckskin)
6) I'll critique your work, just don't ask me to do it on your time
7) I'd be insane not to do commissions! The information is below
8) I've never taken a formal art class, I just spend a lot of time with a pen in my hand
9) I work as a trainer at a horse rescue
10) I play guitar (her name is Rainey) and I have a kick ass keyboard

I do watercolor, ink, graphite and standard pencil commissions. Take your pick. Don't worry, I don't bite.
18x24 full-colored watercolor/ink without background ($35USD)
18x24 half-colored watercolor/ink without background ($20USD)
18x24 ink without background - (un)shaded ($15USD)
*** Smaller sizes are available upon request, price varying upon size and other details ***
* an extra $10USD will be added for backgrounds
* an extra $5 - $20USD will be added for additional horses/animals
* I cover shipping (depending on the size - everything 18x24 and under is guaranteed), you just supply the information
