yeessss! back in the day we were in HARPG and all the groups only focused on training the horses and I think only Equi-verse ( or whatever it was called? Equi-Break? ) had a system to train the people as well. there's a lot of dog groups, and "closed-species"/made up animals but we wanted a group where you could play the game with literally anything of any sort. we also put in stuff other groups didn't have so it's easy to tack it onto a reference for any other ARPG, like for example the character development bit, that's something I didn't see in other groups so instead of just "my character's personality/backstory is..." you can use that little template

you're the first person to take interest in it, lol. until now it's just been us testing it. I remember we tried to raise awareness of it back in the HAPRG days and even had some kind of horse show where if you used the CLRPG system you got a bonus or something, I can't remember... but I remember nobody was remotely interested at all, lol. like people participated but ignored that part of it, and we had like a "grand opening" or something? but nobody joined. and we had watchers on whatever account that was so it wasn't one of those "well it's an obscure account with only two watchers" situation. it wasn't like perfected back then or anything, but nobody showed even the remotest interest at all even in the concept itself so we sort of gave up on other people and it sort of just became a thing for us personally. that took the pressure off as far as 'we gotta hurry and get this ready' or "what would other people be interested in" and whatever and we just did what we wanted.

I think one of the things people didn't like was changing the shows from "effort-based" ( which I thought was silly, trying to guess how much work/time/effort a stranger put into their art ) into something more RPG/MMO-based, where the characters who actually learned/studied/practiced had an advantage and if you had a bond with your horse that have you a boost and so on. there was too much math so it got annoying and if it's all based on game-related stuff like that then the actual picture didn't matter so much ( which meant people could compete with different styles, not just realism, and submit stuff other than just drawings ). anyway, since other people weren't interested that took the pressure off of trying to think of something other people would like and so we just did whatever we wanted to do. all the competition stuff got taken out since it's not really something we're into and we started only focusing on stuff we personally wanted to do. then Riku quit on it a while back, like a year ago or something, and it lay dormant for a while. I revived it for my characters just to see if it worked at all and noticed several parts of it didn't have any problems.

x'D;; it took me completely off guard and I was like "request for members? members for what?" actually it is a bit of an issue because it didn't tell me whether you wanted to join CLRPG or the Horse of Atlantis group. the horse breed group has been retired, it got replaced by the project we're currently doing. I'm debating whether we should close out the group completely or just kinda leave it there as "so this was a thing we did once" lol. but I think all of the pictures and journals for it all got deleted, there's probably nothing there anymore. I don't think we'll ever go back to that since it's too similar to the current project and the current project is better. anyway, it would be a waste of time to join that one x'D I probably will just delete it/close it down later...
