the website, Teechip, is running SO MANY pages for various fandoms all with stolen art theyre trying to sell. its been a HUGE problem for the last couple of weeks while we al struggle to get out stuff taken down >.<

That's the thing, though - they run flash sales.  They put the image up for like 24 hours, then take it down.  They do it so often and quick that the listings are gone before DCMAs can run.
I reported the site to Nintendo themselves today, so we'll see how that goes.

Its a frustrating site for sure. the facebook post was up for a few days with my art and I managed to get THAT taken down at least via facebook. 

My only worry with reporting them to the actual company is that the company will then do a fanart sweep and a lot of people who sell art will have their stuff taken down too, but ah, such is the life of a fanartist OTL

haha i try to keep my dA a lot "cleaner" so to speak since the rules here are a lot tighter then tumblr. And my tumblr started as a fan blog that has just turned to utter trash and my original stuff gets passed over HAHA

Haha aww yeah, I guess dA and Tumblr each have their problems xD And both sites favor fanart over OC a little too much.
But I think you've got quite a following on Tumblr that would be interested in your original stuff too, if you promoted it to them

Im glad he liked it! The jack was one of my favourites! Im so glad to have been able to inspire you! Frost con was my first time with a table and iT was just such an awesome experience! hehe aww well I'm glad ^^ and yes the Jack one is adorable (I placed him in a little box frame I have in my room, which is ROTG themed ) wow!
