Yes, I thought of something like that too, but as we are three it would have to be something like sketch-lineart-colour or lineart-colour-background I guess (on a side note, I think that colouring would be better if done by one person (only) at a time, to keep the final result good looking).

I mean that I think we shouldn't divide it like line-only character colour-background because then the characters may not have the same lighting, colour scheme etc as the background and that will make it kind of weird.
