It has for the most part. Sent my manuscript off to several publishers, and I have a 13+ lb cat that thinks he's a tiny kitten trying to perch on my shoulder.

At the moment, no.Β I'm planning on starting up commissions soon so all requests and gifts will be put on hold until then.Β If that changes at anytime, I'll put up a notice.Β Thanks for asking.

Your art is great! I like your tutorials! One thing that caught my eye was what appears to be a phonetic transcription of hieroglyphics. COOL! What does it say? I love the story about how hieroglyphs were finally translated after Napoleon's army found the Rosetta Stone in Egypt. That must have been VERY exciting for those guys! If it wasn't for the Rosetta Stone, we might STILL be unable to read hieroglyphics. I wish Google Translate did hieroglyphics!

Sorry for being so late to answer your question!Β I can't seem to find my other copy of The Book of The Dead of Ani but yes, it is the phonetic translation of a very short passage.Β It refers to Osiris (Asar) and the twin of Anubis (Wepawet) usually pictured as a white or grey jackel headed man who guards the Eastern Gate/Nile Shore and is said to be a Guardian of Life (opposite of Anubis/Anpu of Death)Β If I remember correctly, it roughly translates to Wepawet honoring Asar, or Life honoring Death without fear.

Oh, I have been bad about catching up on my DA correspondence, so - no worries. Thank you for answering my question AND I like your knowledge of Ancient Egyptian language and culture. I find that stuff VERY interesting!

Your art is amazing! Keep up the good work! And I have a question for you; How did you learn to draw face so well? I'm not so good with faces yet so I'm trying to get all the help I can XD

Thanks for the love!Β I promise to put up some tutorials on how I sketch a face.Β After this weekend.Β But to answer your question in part, cafe sketching is very good for practice.Β Just doodle what you seeΒ It doesn't have to be exact.Β Just get a feel for the expression.

I'm very happy that I found your gallery! Everything is amazing and beautiful, and makes me want to draw (then I give up, because I always draw fail things, lol). However, keep on with the good art.
