You probably get this all the time, but you are a seriously, seriously talented artist, Pheo; just had a look through your portfolio, and was really impressed with the explosion of colour and fun that burst from within. You've got a handle on so many different techniques, from cartoon-like and caricature, to serious portraits, and beyond... I'd like to have your skill at one style, let alone a bunch of them.
And, one thousand artworks?! You're clearly a more dedicated artist than me.

Part of it is because I'm always curious about the style and subject matter I'm NOT working on- so I tend to try a bunch of different things.
I've found that everything visual overlaps somehow! If you hone your observation skills- it really helps!
Lately I've been tackling subjects/things I'm weak at and just- running after them. Setting aside time to just write notes and try to find patterns in styles I like.
I'm sure you can totally develop skill in the styles you like, if you set aside the time to do it!
Gosh yeah.... I have one hell of a track record on this site. 😂My characters have probably gone through a million iterations.

Yeah I feel that. I kind of had to do the same thing honestly. I actually wrote 50 pages of chapters for it- quickly realizing it wasn't what I wanted and I totally restarted it.
Even gave it a new name. 😂
