# About me
I am an over enthusiastic Amateur Photographer based in Chelmsford UK and trying to capture images of Lakes and the Coastal areas in Essex and Kent.I use a modest kit of Canon EOS 50D, with a battery grip. I have a collection of filters which comprise of Cokin Polarizer, ND153&ND154 and ND grad121M&ND grad121.
My lenses are simple.. Canon EF 17-40mm L and a Sigma 10-20mm for landscapes, and not forgetting my Heavy duty Tripod with a remote for the shutter, and a Hot shoe bubble level.

Hi Steve. Sorry for the delay in answering I didn't see your note!! you may have gathered from my memory of hop picking in the gardens in Kent I can give you a couple of years Lol.
I have a slight problem in that my beloved Laptop has gone to the great scrap heap in the sky and until i can get a decent monitor for my Steam driven P C i shall not be processing any photograph for a while i am however still venturing forth to capture the locality where i live. i take my inspiration for this from a photographer called James Ravilious who lived in Devon (he died in 1999) and worked within a ten mile radius of his home in Dalston, i think, i am however well supplied with film for a few months thanks to a small lottery win!!!

awesome gallery my friend I don't know kent or Essex that well. i do have a memory of going there hop picking when i was a kid in the east end but that was long before you were born i suspect. any way keep up the good work you certainly have a photographic eye. rest assured i shall pass your site on to some of my other DA friends. best wishes Tony.
