Over five years ago I commissioned this person. After I paid her, she completely disappeared. Nobody knew what happened to her. Other people are still waiting for their art as well. I finally found her again, under a different name. She's a very popular artist on Webtoons (The 304th Study Room, and Our Omega Leadernin), and her style is quite a bit different. I messaged her, and she promised to complete the commission.Β
Five months ago.
I still haven't gotten it. And since the conversation where she promised to send me the sketch five months ago, she hasn't responded to any of my messages, though she's still active on social media.Β
I'm frustrated. I either want my money back, or the art.
Five and a half years is a long time to wait for a commission--or a refund. It appears she was running some sort of cosplay shop too called Momotaku Coshop, and many of those people also haven't gotten their cosplays or their refunds either.

so shes addressing the issue and telling people to contact her. this was her reply to my question :"Oh I'm sorry! I really don't open dA anymore.... I forgot my email, password, everything, for years. Can you please do me a favor? Can you give my email or LINE ID, to them, if you don't mind? My LINE id is feli.city and my email is fehuang.qiqi@gmail.com. Please? Thank you very much!! My drawing style must have changed so much so I'm fine either they'd want to refund or get the commission done with my current drawing style. 
contact her and update us on weather or not she followed through please. i want to know if shes just all talk or actually being genuine.

Yeah, I contacted her through her Line. She promised to pay me many, many months ago, and then just started not responding to me again. She even said 'message this chat again if you don't get the artwork in your email by tonight' or something to that effect (I was so excited). But I didn't get the artwork, and I'm still waiting, and she's still not responding to my messages again. But, now that it's gone viral in the news, hopefully I'll finally get closure.Β
