Anyway, is easy to do. You have to cook some kind of japanese rice, it's more elongated (sushi rice for example). Then wait a bit to cool it.
To make the balls you can use a transparent film plastic. Put a bit of rice on the plastic, an then something to fill it, like tuna or salmon. Then close the ball and mold in the shape you want. You can use Nori seaweed to wrap it ^^
