After the Maoist revolution in the north, the communist party was almost completely disintegrated and was not able to rule alone.They shared the power with the opposition,but the constitution was not changed at the same time into a multi-party system as in democratic countries,

but the rule of one "righteous"party has been replaced by the rule of one "righteous" coalition.Political parties outside this coalition are still not allowed to govern the country.

This system will change into multi-party in the future, but now there is war and a provisional system was created to maintain the country's remnants in its entirety
