They are sold by admins at times, correct. You can also receive MYOs in trades with other members, purchase them at the Frog Pond when they're available or win them by participating in events.

When you own a MYO slot, it can be found under your name in the masterlist. The form requests a link to it as a proof that you own such slot. You would just have to find it here in Pondpedia 's gallery and link it to the form so your character can be approved ^^
