Way cool.
Last year wrapped up well, I have a friend who's having a baby in April (~creampuf ) and things generally seem to be moving forward.
(I spoilzzz the little munchkins. I love kids.)
Have an awesome time in New Zealand!

Hey, I was checking out your shop on Pinkdoodle.com - how do you find it, is it any good? I live in the UK too so I was thinking about setting up a shop there aswell as my Etsy one.

Its...okay-ish.
Its not as "smooth" as Etsy and i dont know if the owner is taking it seriously enough as nothing has changed since i signed up. For instance, theres no subdomain address like there is on etsy ( ie tomatotea.etsy.com, there is no 'tomatotea.pinkdoodle.com'.
However, it doesnt cost a thing. No listing fees and, as far as im aware, no commission (yet).
I would recommend DaWanda (en.dawanda.com) if you are looking for something closer to home. Its still 'young' but its growing and is a great way to get European customers. I've had a few sales already and have only been on there since June
Another option to consider is Folksy (www.folksy.com). They are also UK based and currently ONLY UK crafters can sign up. I havent signed up there yet myself but its something im considering for my handmade stuff. But i have heard they are quite strict about what can be sold on there, but then thats only what i have read on a few sites here and there. Check out their forums for some more info.
How do you find etsy?
I have only sold a couple of my own items but mostly supplies :/ I think theres a 'bias' towards US sellers/buyers like cheaper shipping etc. Then again it is US based i guess
Anyhoo, sorry for the lengthy comment XD Hope it helps.

Thank you for the detailed answer!! That was very helpful.
Checking out DaWanda and Folksy at the moment, they both look pretty cool! Etsy is ok, I like the way it works although Ive only had 4 sales. I know what you mean about the bias, although if it is more expensive to ship from outside the USA I can see where they're coming from! I sell more things from Deviant Art and in real life than on Etsy.
Im not sure how to cope with so many shops though, haha! I mean, should I put all my stuff up in both shops or half and half?? Oh the stress.
Thank you again, you're awesome.
