I hate, HATE making bewares but I hate nice people being scammed more, so I'm making this journal

This user apparently loves offering on characters/OTA/YCH for art/point's and never do their part of the bargain, thanks to the help of another DA user we have plenty of notes from different users who have been waiting for weeks, months and even YEARS for their part from starboy.Β
They apparently re-sell and re-trade characters to multiple people
(They go after free characters and get lots of custom's and even ask the artist if they can redesign)
I've seen multiple comments where they offered the same character to different users without telling them that character was already offered to someone else!!!!!!!!!
