Life is tough, but progressing. Finding work is damn near impossible, but I'm nearly done with grad school, so that's something positive. Otherwise just plodding along, trying to enjoy the ride.

I'm doing all right. Aside from administrative BS from my college, things haven't been going too badly. Just been busy lately, although I still find a bit of time to come on and check out recent stuff. I've gotta look through lke 100 deviations or some crap by now though

Oh god....it's been pretty hellish these last few weeks . Lots of college class drama You may or may not have heard, but California is in a big budget crisis at the moment, which resulted in a big rate increase for all public universities (the CSU and UC systems) of 20% or so, as well as less classes being offered (which makes no sense....why charge more money for less output??? O.o )

So after some intense stress and lots of e-mailing, I managed to get into my four classes. Monetary issues are a big problem lately too, a sad consequence of working in the school system (budget issues plus school was out till next week so pay has been scarce). But work starts in earnest next week, and im secure in my classes and tuition; just need to buy my books and im golden.

How have things been for you?

That would depend on your definition of alive.

I've got like 200+ deviations and a hundred-some messages to sift through. Been sick as hell the past, oh, month and a half i guess. Cold, bronchitis, flu...I'm expecting ebola next, or possibly SARS or the avian flu. Graduate school + internship + work + sickness = Ralph feels like shit.

Have I missed anything?

I've been sick too, but my super twin wonder powers have come in the form of the common cold that just won't die, coughing sneezing headache, achey bones, occassional bouts of flue....dood, we're like...sick twins!! How awesome is that??!

I'm getting better now! I think. There's less blood when I cough and alot less sickly green stuff coming out of my nose. But grad school is still kicking my ass That won't change for a few years except to get worse I'm sure.

fought off another bout of the flu, which despite what I thought would help me loose weight is a farse. Stupid flu. Work is...well you know how it can be, its a love hate relationship. I love it, and yet, it hates me. -shakes a fist-.

My friend just got back from his vacation, and, believe it or not, he's the only person I know who both has a camera and has a means of connecting said camera to a computer. Turns out my dad and stepmom haven't progressed that far down the evolutionary trail yet.

I r teh busy. Masters school started a few weeks ago, and when I'm not working or doing school-related things, I'm generally sleeping for 9-10 hours at a stretch. Of course, this doesn't sit well with a number of my friends, who demand my attention in all myriad sorts of activities ranging from video games to dance clubs.

If I cut my sleeping time down anymore I'm pretty sure something important would asplode. The potential consequences of this asplodsion would be vague but profound, resonating across the world as we knew it.

Or something to that effect. Translated into normal-speak I think what I'm trying to say is that sleeping less would give me gas; truly something we all wish to avoid.

Supposedly this club we're going to is "the shit" as they say. I've told a few friends of mine and the reaction has unanimously been one of intense surprise, disbelief, and a desire for me to "hook them up". I'm not quite sure what I'm getting into, but I do know that I'll have to wear the Alfani leather shoes in order to gain access to it. It'll be a fun night.

It'll be a good time. I'm not much of a "clubber" type; kinda despise clubs really. But it's good to do something outside of your comfort zone every now and then, and it's an excuse to get dressed up all nice-like, something I haven't done in ages.
