I've checked his entire gallery of the MLP section, and oh-? There's signatures on almost every piece in those 7 pages of art.

He also said that he's not taking requests, so that must mean he's too busy to take commissions, as well.

If I can see proof that you really did pay Mystic to draw this, I will apologize.
