Honestly, I'm not really sure. I actually like eclipse more than the old version of the site. I just don't like how the profile customization is really limited. But they are adding features that I've been wanting to see on Deviantart for a long time.
Especially the chat feature. I always felt like notes were an outdated private message system. It's really frustrating to talk to people in real time.
Beyond that I'm looking forward to seeing how they polish the commission marketplace. I really enjoyed it because I was actually able to find new artists easily and order commissions in my price range. I really want that back because I can't find it easily in eclipse mode. I have like 600 points that I want to give to beginning artists so they can have support during these hard times.
I also want to see if they'll update their favoriteing system. I watch over 3000 artists and it's hard to support them when it blocks me after a few hundred favorites. I know it's to prevent favorite spamming but I like supporting artists I watch and it sucks that it can take a solid week to catch up with everyone.

Well, I don't use Eclipse very much, but I never hated it like other deviants. I always thaught that the notes are bad news, so I don't use those very much.
About the commissions, well, I never found a customer, and I don't know if I will found some in eclipse mode. But I never leave DA, I love it too much, and I have still many deviant to support morally...

Oh, we’re great, I’ve got the week off from work a month in advance for a different reason, so I’m safe at home. My brother... not so much, but I’m sure he’ll be alright, considering he got food poisoning last week. And still working on his book, though he isn’t writing any of it down, as he should. The fact I’m already ahead of him in that regard is a bit saddening...
