DA is usually pretty quiet on the doll front. Instagram is a bit more lively and then there is DoA but even they get boring at times.

I haven't been on doa in years, no one was really friendly other than a couple of people. I have an instragram, just awful about using it. FB is where I am the most as far as doll stuff goes these days. But I try to post them up here once in awhile.

I joined way back in 2008 and people were friendlier back then. I have an instagram too but it's not just for doll stuff, I post cat photos too. I post on facebook when I do larger photo shoots.

I need to do another larger shoot. But it takes up so much space and other that getting Pio fixed up I don't have a lot of new stuff. I do need to change out a few pages in my BJD photobook.

I need to do more photo-shoots myself. I plan on doing quite a few after I get the last remaining two for my crew. For the most part my crew is separated into couples for each theme. I have my anime crew- Kio and Sebastian. My ghost hunter crew- June and Virgil, and my fantasy crew- Maren, her husband Enedon and their two daughters..oh also Raelwyn, Maren's sister but she's more of a supporting character. Then there are the couple of dolls that I've yet to find places for, Ruvik and a DollFamily-H boy.

That is really cute~ I'd love to do that, but since I RP, my friends would have to get dolls, which I'd love, but they both have other things to focus on. Except Titan, I'm looking for her love interest in doll form, since she's a bit taller than SD average though I'll probably have to franken it.

Having a family of dolls is something I've always wanted to do, but I've always been more focused on one character at a time and the farthest I've gotten with that is couples. How tall is Titan?

She's 62 or 63cm. Taller than I'd like, but for her face and her joints are actually some of my favorites. XD;;
I just call it my family, Pio and Derry are from the same universe, but that's as close as it actually gets. XD;;;

My Impldoll Alma is 64cm I think she's a pretty nice height paired with my IslandDoll Loki.

Heh heh. Like I wouldn't think I'd ever like smaller dolls more than bigger, but after I got Derry and Pio I find that YO and MSD are my fave sizes. I just wish I could get more adult looking faces/bodies in those.

I actually started with MSD and went up from there. Actually my first big doll was 70cm and it was quite the shock going from 45cm to 70cm. I haven't gone passed 73cm though lol.

I've held a 90cm AoD before he was actually pretty light though, especially compared to my ID Loki, he is SO heavy. I honestly can't take him out to conventions because holding him for long periods of time sucks.

I think AoD hollows out their dolls more? could also be a different type of resin I guess. I know my ID Loki has very very thick resin.
