Artist|Author: A passionate realist, Rivenrod stands for integrity & humanity against the tormentous dissidence & shameless excesses of the 21st Century. Immersed in Realpolitik he is carelessly un-PC yet diplomatically forthright, shabby yet chic, a liver of many lives. He is also an Advocate of the SpeakOut Organisation and supporter of War on Want.His Literary work is extraordinary and beginning with the release of his seminal novel Swell in Autumn 2015, over the next five years a long back catalogue of fiction and poetry will be independently published. To coincide with each publication, and when the mood takes him, dramatic presentations of his work, ably assisted by the multi-functional Rivettes, will be made at various locations yet to be determined.
His paintings and drawings interpret the world and the contents of his mind in oil and acrylic paint, graphite, wood and found material. He exhibits worldwide at www.seat214 and in keeping with his ethos of art being publicly available for everyone, he will continue to mount large scale exhibitions every two years or so in Public Libraries and other public spaces throughout the country.
