Not ashamed of crying there, that was raw. So well done, so much kudos to CD Projekt Red for that level of emotion. Its also just poetic, on that island of the lost with your past closing in on you. So perfect.

That whole Island, I loved it, but the whole sensation about it felt like the breathless anticipation, apprehension of an anxiety disorder.Β Or maybe that is just how I felt playing it.Β Don't know, but it was such a good oppressive atmosphere.

I dunno what you want me to say. In principle I generally have no problem. Issue is they're going to have to change a lot of lore to go with it. Ciri is Nilfgaardian and Cintran, they're going to have to make one of these two regions the same rep and also have the same diversity shown through the northern kingdoms. Ciri was able to travel unrecognised-ish because she blended in.
So I guess if they cover those bases and fit it properly it's fine for me. Does take out the whole "Ciri looks sort of like Geralt" thing, but I can live with that.
I think the Poles would like some kinder rep of their history and culture in tv.

LMAO IDK they could just respond like u and be like "polish rep hasn't been super great in media so it's great if ciri could be cast as someone with strong polish background, which would also fit the lore. but it isn't too bad a BAME actress is cast as long as they tell us what part of the lore they're changing to go with it" but ppl are like "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOW DARE YOUUUUUU"
