Definitely! I'll get used to it. I'll participate in the little blackout protest next weekend, since that can't hurt, but it won't be permanent.
Probably the worst redesign for me was the 2007 Neopets redesign. The whole website changed overnight without warning and took 12-year-old me months to get my bearings again!

Were you ever a fan of DragonAdopters? They did the same thing score eventually just shutting down, completely without warning. It was that site that makes me so nervous now when websites try to rebrand themselves for better engagement π

Nope, I'm not going anywhere! I mean, the new site isn't great, but I've had worse website redesigns sprung on me. Besides, dA is too important to me at this point.

Oh thank goodness π I'm glad you're staying!! I honestly feel the same way... Deviantart is like a home to me, I can't imagine leaving the friends I've made here. What have you seen that's worse? I've only ever seen older layouts look worse :'D

I got to admit, after our talk, I have been thinking a lot. I haven't decided on how the story would go, but I'm sure I will figure out something. I am pretty torn if I should make the main characters related to one another or not. Like I am torn between making Rosa either Gene's daughter, or having her unrelated. I'm sure I will come to something. All of our talks are making them come together.
