It makes me happy, and for fanfiction no worries, anyway I develop especially the universe the series (the continents, the countries, the customs, the inhabitants, the politics, etc ...).
Even if it doesn ' there is not really a difference because it is canon with FIM (between the penultimate and the last episode of the series).
I risk resuming fanfiction only at the end of the year with all that .

So you need to get sorted into a team ( artfight.net/event/5 ) (I actually.. sorta forgot about this part when I was telling you about this but if we get sorted onto the same team we can't attack eachother sorry) and then people on the other team draw your ocs and you draw them in return (or vice versa)

Out of curiosity how did you learn to draw humans so well? I wanna learn draw humans (for OCs and fanart) but Im not the best at it and Im nervous to post any of it because I’m worried it won’t look good, but I really wanna post it NOW
I struggle mostly with the head and face. Especially if the head is more stylized (EX: Wilson’s more triangular face).

hmmm show me a picture you did of a human and I'll give you pointers but uhhh in general
use lots of references!! and also I know it sounds like im about to ask you to kill god but,,, tracing is okay for practice just don't post what you trace, what I mean is I was tracing some ducktales screenshots to make edits and tracing goldie helped me learn to draw that style of eyes a lot better (the style I use on my drawings of Chell) and also helped me draw hair better and arms/hands, again im not saying you should trace a picture and call it done and post it but it's okay to trace for practice to get a feel for the artstyle if y'know what I mean
try to look at artwork and figure out how it works, like if you're bad at drawing faces look at artwork with faces you really like and try to figure out what they do right, you can also watch speedpaints to try to see how artists begin their drawings and watch them draw step by step because one oddly important thing I think is figuring out in what order to draw things which speedpaints would help with
but anyways you asked about faces so uh
one mistake I used to make all the time is putting the ear way to high up, the back of the neck should connect to the bottom of the ear and also you should probably draw the ear first (even if you plan to cover it with hair later) to better shape the rest of the head
also you should probably draw the eyes before you draw the hair but I,,,, dont most of the time but you should because then you usually have to redraw the hair later and it'll look awkward just draw the eyes first
also dont be afraid of posting art just because you think it wont look good later, just post it, if you improve a lot you can use it to compare how much you've improved
but anyways still show me what you have bc like,, I don't really know how helpful all that was and it'd probably just be easier to point out mistakes
