Somebody told me that you responded to Reicheagle in her raging hate journal against me,lol. I think you should know the truth, as IΒ heard she twisted everything around in her journal to make me look like the bad guy. My daughter is in a Waffen-SS re-enactors unit, where she plays a MALE soldier. There are several women in a couple of unitsΒ who play MALE soldiers. They are not re-writing history and pretending that German women were allowed in combat units, so they are not portraying female soldiers. In fact, they have three advisors for her unit who are original SS vets, and they express nothing but satisfaction and respect forΒ my daughter and her other female Kameraden who are portraying males. I would value the opinion of real Waffen-SS vets over an English woman who wasΒ born after the War any day!.Β Reicheagle also cannot understand and refuses to believe, that German women had to fight at the end of the War to defend themselves and their homes and families, as the enemy was pouring in and attacking and raping them. Women used the Panzerfausten, manned anti-aircraft guns, and did many other things out of necessity. Reicheagle thinks that all women are cowardly and weak, and that "if they were having their periods that they would not be able to function at all", in her words. I have many elderly female German friends who used weapons to fight against the enemy as they were coming into their towns in the final days of the War. During wartime, the German women did not have the luxury of being able toΒ sit at home filing their nails and knitting tea cozies. But she has no German friends, of any age,Β so she would not know that. In fact, even though she lives quite close to Germany, she has never been there even once, and she expresses nothing but hate for the German people of today and has no sympathy or love for them.
