Unfortunately, the last I contacted Kathy was back in 2011. She just disappeared one day, with all of her art in storage. So I don't know how you can ask for permission. You can however credit her somewhere in your profile. It's the least you can do.

Well thank you! I'm hoping to redraw them, and I might switch them up a little bit, but I do like the designs. I loved Naoko's original designs for each of the characters, especially Sailor Mercury's. I think that each fit their personalities a little better, but oh well.
