Ballpark, how much will you be selling most shoes for? Slip-on Vans style.

i have been looking around at the prices of others who sell custom shoes....i was thinking somewhere in the 70-80$ range, $40 alone goes to buying good quality, authentic vans, but nothing is final yet.

Do you just work on canvas shoes or do you do vinyl also?
I've got a pair I did a few years ago, but they had the problem of cracking along areas that flexed.

just canvas so far...i have heard that painting on leather and vinyl can be frustrating with cracking to im a little hesitant. yours came out beautiful though, i love how you left some white, it gives them a very clean and finished look. this site has some tips for painting on leather, i dont know if it will be much help but check it out and let me know if you think it is good advice: [link]

I was thinking I might have to use automotive vinyl dye, but that would have to involve stencils since they come in spray cans.
