I remember that you drew my Mechapuff characters more than three years ago and I don't know if you have the original size of the drawing anymore.

Today is the first day in a very long time that I've logged onto DA. Unfortunately my old harddrive went out on me, so I no longer have those files, they were lost along with many many others, including years worth of photographs of my family

That's awful. I originally had the larger version of the drawing on the SeaGate GoFlex hard drive, however I had to delete it after I failed to realise that the external hard drive went bad after more than three years of use.
With your permission, would it be okay if I upload the drawing that you did for me three years ago on my deviantART account and properly credit you?

I believe that is the same external harddrive that died on me. 
You can do whatever you like with the drawing, I have come so far in the last 3 years, that I don't even care if you credit me or not. It is yours to do anything with.

I like to lull the populace into a sense of peace with pretty ponies and babies and then hit them with unapologetically bared boobies and random dark undertones nobody seems to understand! I had a look at your facebook page and, not surprisingly, it's fantastic. (I can't stalk it, though, since I don't do facebook - it is evil.) I noticed you had a copy of that "Beware of Artists" poster on there - I don't suppose you know where that originates, do you? Is it a genuine McCarthyite flyer?

It's being circulated as a genuine McCarthy poster, but it's not. Other places site it as a Queen Victoria Quote, but I've read that that isn't true either. The text itself, however, I found very true, so I tacked it up there anyways.

That all depends on what you want! Right now I've got female characters + natural backgrounds on special for 55usd.. Portraits of real people from photographs are $40/head.. But my pricing is pretty flexible depending on what you want.. how long it'll take me/how frustrating or fun it'll be to paint

You're a lovely person, a great friend and an obviously amazing artist. I know nobody has seen it yet but I want to publicly fawn over ho awesome you've been to me lately. This event is a big deal for me. I'm really happy you're painting what will be on the flyer. I can't believe Dramira's going to be. It's so unreal and cool. I know this wasn't easy since I had to give you misc. references for the pose and all the things I wanted on it but you're doing everything so well and I'm ridiculously happy.
