haha, thanks! Glad you enjoyed it xD. And, I've been on twice. It's just that because of my timezone, episodes happen at 1 AM on Wednesdays for me, so it's not the most convenient time lol. But I'd like to do another one soon.

Heya! 'Tis true . I saw my friend Jon (fast-quez) had taken an interest in your art and I thought I'd check it out. Your artwork is amazing - really unique I think, while still being something I can connect with . Great gallery!
So you live in Edinburgh?

My goodness. Your gallery has me amazed. The complexity and detail of the paintings you've done are just incredible!
Looking at your pieces has me fascinated by all the little brush strokes in the digital paintings. : D

Ah, thank you very much! I'm glad you've taken note of the brushwork I find that the stereotype is that digital paintings are all perfect and smooth, and tend to often use spraypaint/photorealistic effects. I make a conscious effort to keep my paintings...painterly. After all, a painting isn't just about the subject matter and colour - it's about texture and brushstrokes and all sorts of things.

That's exactly what I find fascinating about your work here, it's so... non-stereotypical of general digital paintings. Your take on that form of painting is wonderful, it adds a lot more dimension and even texture than what digital paintings usually some across as.
It's great!

Thanks! I always try to keep a painterly level of expression in my pictures, and I'm glad you appreciate that
Your latest work has been looking really great - love the background to 'sold my heart for stones'.

Oh, I have to say your artwork is absolutely incredible. I don't know how you go into that kind of detail, and the pose/composition and everything seems just right. Really, well done with your current work, and I hope to see more in future.

I'm actually downloading the first 21 episodes of Pirates of Dark Water as I type this. But apparently the series was never completed because of budget constraints, so these 21 are all there are T_T.....
They'll be extreme though!

Sarifus In reply to Fast-Quez [2007-05-08 22:29:19 +0000 UTC]
Woah! That is extreme. Shame that they weren't finished, but that's soo good you found them.

Fast-Quez In reply to Sarifus [2007-05-09 19:10:54 +0000 UTC]
Deed! I'll be able to give a copy once the download finishes. But don't hold your breath cos 4gb at 20Kbs per second will not be done for days...

Sarifus In reply to Fast-Quez [2007-05-10 00:42:14 +0000 UTC]
Ho! Oh, I'm sure the wait will be more than worth it. ^^ And yeah, if I can get a copy that would be most good - most generous, well done! I could store it on my portable harddrive thingy. (Which I have taken to calling a portable radiator, as it looks just like one) Ho!
