mm oki- so we did get further to the point where will was like a robot or smth- but i got a different idea so- back to the part where he was in that long ass coma) 

It'd been months since Will fell into a coma, and he hadn't woken up since then. Lexi visited him every day she could to make sure he was alright, but nothing really changed with him up until one week ago, where he'd shown a few signs of waking up, but those meant nothing as they soon stopped again. 

Gonta had been called in to meet with one of the doctors, who had some things to tell him. Gundham went with him, though.

The doctor met him in his office, allowing them both to sit down and get comfy before delivering the news, "So. Your son has been in a coma for almost 4 months now. And you need to understand that we're not the wealthiest hospital, we can't afford to continue paying for his treatment and care..." He sighed. 

"So what are you trying to say? You're just going to cut him off and let him die?" Gundham accused, rightfully.

"That's not what I mean, sir. What I'm trying to say is we can't afford to keep him alive. You'll need to start paying for him."

"... How much?" 

"To keep him on life support costs about... £3000 a day."

Gundham just looked up at Gonta, unsure what to say.

Gundham tried one more thing, “Let’s say you woke him up, and he had no additional damage, it all went fine. How would he be? What’s his current situation?” 

“Well, not well. We can’t say for sure, but judging from our findings, he likely has a serious disease, probably in his brain. But we don’t know his symptoms as he’s been in a comatose.” 

Gundham just looked up at Gonta for a second before looking back, “We’ll go discuss it outside.” He stood up, still holding Gonta’s hand.
