Goodness, I never imagined that either! Here I figured Neopets had mostly dwindled away by this point. I have actually logged in every few years since, but couldn't ever get back into the groove of it.
Still, it's touching to know that I managed to reach so many people with art. It's what we all strive towards, yeah? As of now, I'm working on a writing project and haven't even been drawing as much. But tell you what, I will indulge your enthusiasm and at least consider it. Thanks for the heads up and confidence boost! Let's keep in touch

This might seem seem like a strange thing for a stranger to bring up out of the blue, but...
10-ish years ago, when I was around nine years old, I stumbled across your petpages on neopets and was completely blown away by them. I spent so much time reading the stories, looking at the pictures, listening to the midis. It was just about the coolest thing ever to me. (My favorite was Dragon949. 
I was feeling nostalgic tonight and decided it was finally time for me to look you up and tell you how much I admire your work. I'm glad to hear that you're aspiring to write a children's book - your work definitely had an impact on me when I was a kid!

Wow, thanks! I'm so glad you enjoyed my old neopet's pages. I certainly put a lot of work into them when I was a teenager, and it's always nice to hear from fans of long ago
The children's book is coming along, but I often get distracted by other life things. It's encouraging to know that my old stories had an impact on you, so hopefully my writing is even better and more original now ^_^If it ever goes anywhere, I will most likely post about it on here.
