The only reason your comments would be blocked is because you're submitting your work to the featured section. All comments are blocked on that folder and always have been. If you submitted your work to members art then you would be able to comment and we could give feedback. Due to the vast amount of work we get submitted here once a piece has been voted on it is deleted from our logs to make room for other submissions that still need voting on. We can only return to a submission if someone has commented on it requesting that we give feedback.
