# About me
I am a Mexican American who for as long as I can remember loved to make stories. I mostly read and write but have barely recently taken an interest in photography. No one but my family calls me by my real name because my name is hard to pronounce and spell everyone just calls me Amy. I love nature, music and often spent most of my time thinking of my subjects such as politics, economy, culture, geography, sociology, human rights and mostly common sense of life. I don't speak much but when I have something to say I speak with my mind and passion, I have Asperger Syndrome and have recently become an advocate for autism including making presentations on Autism both English and Spanish for parents, students, and teachers.# Comments

Because when you spent a childhood of isolation where the world was truly distant. Your thoughts,beliefs and feelings are untouched by society's perceptions. When you see how flawed people truly are and how they hold on to biased or beliefs you feel that the path to self guidanfe is only within
yourself. And so you see life with the same brilliant perception and people have only a opinion without a thought. Lookijg back you realize to be alone is not to isolated ane to be isolated is not to be alone. support and educate parents with children with autism.Β
It's hardly the first time, but I'm anxious to meet a little boyΒ
with autism. Even though I have autism myself andΒ
have practically raised my little sister whom has autism herself
