Oh ho ho, I do indeed! I have quite a thing for Mr. Jiro Wang, especially after seeing this series. I made the gif myself from one of the music videos a couple years back in a supreme fit of fangirling. I love me some Asian dramas :'D

I've seen the icon of this scene floating around DA and whenever someone uses it I get overexcited and ask them if they love Hana Kimi and the response is always ".....what's a Hana Kimi?". The manga is amazing and I think this version of it did it way more justice than the american one. And yes, Jiro Wang! He was so ridiculously awesome in this. Also I couldn't get over how he could make himself look like a high school student but then when he was doing his promotions seem more like mid-20s...

and he is so freaking hot. This was actually the first drama I saw! I adore it <3 The manga is SO cute! I actually think I like the Japanese one a little better, plot wise, but this one wins when it comes to hot guys, for sure! And don't feel bad about rambling! I don't have many people to spazz out with regarding these. :'D

I like the Japanese one ok but the Taiwanese one was more true to the manga. Also in the Japanese one I thought Nakatsu and Mizuki had waaaaay more chemistry than she and Sano did.. but in the Taiwanese one there was such a huge spark between Rui Xi and... Quan? that they lit up the whole series. Also Wu Zun is totally hot.
Actually I did a painting for the Taiwanese drama, I brought it to cons foolishly believing that people would be as passionate about it as I was... but to this day I have still never sold a single copy

My younger sister has a thang for Wu Zun, lol. I tend to stick more to Jiro ;D he's so pretttttty. Plus I love Nakatsu in any form (I really like the Japanese Nakatsu's inner monologues.) Did you see that they are making a Taiwanese version of Absolute Boyfriend starring Jiro as Night? (yessss he's shirtless most of the movie)
Now I want to watch these both again! Do you watch any Korean dramas? I'm really into those at the moment.

I'm not especially into Korean dramas cuz I've only ever seen one... coffee prince! I was in Seoul in May and actually found the cafe they filmed it in... it's exactly like in the show!

Hmmmm, I ADORE Boys over Flowers. That's a good one to get into Korean dramas. Full House (starring Rain) is a classic. I also really enjoyed The Girl Who Still Wants to Marry - it's characters are a little older than most dramas (late 20s vs high school) but it's SO. GOOD.
My friend and sister swear that My Lovely Samsoon is a good watch as well. I've heard good things about coffee prince! I need to get back into Korean Dramas, especially now that they have a channel on Hulu devoted to them. Maybe after I finish my Sailor Moon-athon.XD
