Three possible(?) ways for Sibsy to stay 39, forever.
Spell #1) Have Sibsy's fav tattoo removed on last
day, 39th year.
Spell #2) Add a tattoo, on last day, 39th year, which
Sibsy would never consider having tattooed.
In a conspicuous place, ie, back of hand,
cheek, neck, forehead, nose, etc.
Spell #3) On the last day of the 39th year, Sibsy must
eat half a pickled egg. The downside to this
spell, is that a half pickled egg must be
eaten from that day forth, on the last day
of the repeated 39th year - and somewhat
like Dorian Gray - if Sibsy misses the eating
pickled egg event, the bypassed years will
immediately be applied at the stroke of
midnight, possibly causing the person to
crumble into mummy dust if enough years
have gone by.

Hello there; Are you familiar with the concept of Equitaur and/or Equinoid?
Equinoid = Equine + Humanoid
Equitaur = Equine/Equinoid + Centaur
An equinoid is basically an anthropomorphic equine with the hooves and hindlegs of said equine's non-anthropomorphic/semi-anthropomorphic counterpart in place on human legs and feet.
An equitaur is basically the centaur(ian) equivalent for an equinoid.
I am not spamming you; I just want to know if you are familiar with the concepts.
