Actually this quote is about the importance of having a dominant lead in your fighting stance, wether its left or right doesn't matter. However if your feet stand square in the middle, you have no base, and so "SQUASH!" you get flattened... like a grape. Thats the point Mr. Won wanted to get across to his students. ^_^
