Yes i like them alot, but i know they don't always turn out how i pictured them in my head, and i make heaps of mistakes. I've resorted to using white-out in all my latest pictures >.<

But i'm really really happy now that i have found someone who would like to colour some of my works for me My business has a member yay! ... unfortunatley i'll probably have to pay her if i start selling them

oh well,um... I like drawing on paper I guess only because my stroke it's smoother, that I can see the way my hand it moving. It's not the same with the graphics tablet, my hands or wobbly? there's no steadiness leaving my line work a mess. That's why most my drawings don't have line art ?

But I love using the computer software for art I really really love it .. .for painting. I can't paint good traditionally. and I don't have all the colours of the ranbow with my supplys and I'm really not organised with haven't colouring pencils etc...!!!

I truely like to think that My work will be much much better if when i use a cintiq. If you don't know what it is, research it <:

I see, i find it the same using a mouse. I was working on my Flash assignment and getting nowhere due to the messiness of using a mouse and then the program malfunctioning on me O.O But i find it kinda easy using one at Tafe

I have coloured pencils They're hard to use when it comes to colouring in cartoons, but i'm surprised with the results when i do landscape drawings... which makes little to no sense, hey? Here's a link to them though you might have already seen them:

haha it works well with landscapes becacause of the blending, and the fact there is no line art. 'harmony'
Naturally it is very very difficult to find 'pure black' in nature...
landscapes and colours should always mix well for those reasons.

Hmmm, interesting. Very true, unless you consider night time or a burnt forest being pure black. Though a burnt forest is not a nice thing to consider !~! Poor Yowies and Bunyips need a home hahaha!

I loved those Yowie things when i was a kid. I found it strange when i stopped buying them... they stopped making them... i think i was the only one who bought them haha

It was G rated... so that's a big give away of something educational

It probably taught kids how to treat your friends with respect or to believe in myths like the Tooth Fairy, the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus and that mum and dad have nothing to do with any of those and don't get half the thanks they deserve and in the end just get crying children that are angry with their parents when they are told it's all lies ^.^

I'm going camping at Stradbroke Island with my friend for a night, but that was cancelled due to a Tsunami warning expected to hit us in the next 24 Hours... and because i live a 10 minute drive from the beach... i am certainly in the danger radius, so right now i'm packing all my valuables Though no one in my family drives, i'm not sure how we will make ourselves inland, so if i die... I am relaxed I'm just going with the flow of everything now! It's interesting what happens instead of thinking about it too much With all these disasters recently really does make the 2012 conspiracy sound possible But then i think... what does an asteroid flying into Earth have anything to do with all the disasters occuring at the moment??? Iv'e heard strange things happening this year. Such as birds and fish falling out of the sky dead? :S

I would hate to think i would die before my cartoons make it on TV, but then again i would be just as happy drawing them wherever i go after i die... most likely on a fluffy cloud chair

Yeah, I haven't had a look at tutorials in a while. I've more looked at a picture and tried myself getting the same effect.

The tutorial that drew me in on your page was the perspective one.
I've only recently gotten back into tutorials and tips etc since I got this new magazine... ImageEX I think its called. Its really good.

hmm sounds harder that way... but when you do get the desired effect i think the outcome is more satisfying?

ImageEX? mmm never heard of it where i am. only source i've got for tutorials mainly comes from devart. *shrugs*
i guess i look out more for digital art tutorials since it's what i'm trying to improve on atm... but there will always be space for good drawing tutorials like those about perpectives, proportions ect.
