I am doing research on the p51 Mustang for a possible painting (which is how I came across your page). I like your ring designs too, especially the Art Nouveau Blue Diamond design.

I am curious however: Why use paper with such a heavy tooth? The texture is really nice.

Wow, I was looking through your gallery, and your ring sketches are beautiful! I was really impressed. All your other sketches are excellent as well. I like the Spitfire sketches a lot. Nice work!

hi so so so sorry fo the lateness of my reply and thank you for looking at my work and well the way i work when drawing rings is a in a concept form I tend to get ideas from anywhere and every where but the big problem with jewellery is that most ideas have been done. I tend to draw in 3d and not worry about the spec of the design first i when you have somthing you like then draw in 2D with acurate mesurements but mostly i just try to make it a pretty picturei used to draw 2 lines moving away from each other to draw the basic 3D ring shape anmd i wound make sure that all detail would remain with in these lines but now i just do it free hand my advice is do it how you feel and just go nuts and i would like to see some of your work when its done.

Regards Nicholas

You Shoudl REALLY send you designs to some Jewlery Maker and let them create your rings, they all look so awsome, some could be easily used as Magic Rings on Fantasy Movies ya know?

Hey Nicholas!

Long time no see!

Well, I mean, we've technically NEVER seen eachother but still... I digress...

Just thought I'd pop by and say hello. Things are crazy over at my end of the world. College is starting back up again - joyous - and the home renovations are neverending. And if the air compresser for the nail gun goes off at 3AM in the morning again I'm going to commit a criminal offence. lol! Anyhow though, as a question to you - are you going to post any more of your fabulous ring designs? I miss seeing those.

Well, Hope to talk to you later!

Ah, sorry for not replying to this yesterday! Things have been crazy over at my house. I'm telling you, nothing gets my family to clean this place like having people come over. Suddenly the house goes under major renovation... ROOMS are built in a matter of 3 days or less that have been left unfinished for almost a year now. Really, it's quite amazing. And kind of shallow in my opinion... but oh well. I can understand wanting to make a good impression on people... but at the same time I don't want to go around putting on airs, pretending to be somebody I'm not. And my parents go all out - there are walls being painted, stair-railings being stained, and I think a new room just appeared today that I've never seen before. Truly, their willpower and drive can be a scary thing to reckon with.

As one might wonder - WHY are we doing all this? Because the African Children's Chior is coming and our family is hosting four of them since we seem to have a rediculously large house and we have three spare beds (sort of). Thank God they didn't try to count the couches. Anyhow, so everything's in a state of mayhem over here and - I predict - will be perfect by noon tomorrow as if our house has ALWAYS been this prestine. Which, of course, it hasn't. But, well, they'll never know the difference I suppose.

College is starting up in a couple weeks for me so I'm getting ready to move out and switch states (which my mother isn't too terribly happy with after my brother moved to the North Pole). My biggest regret is probably leaving my church behind since I sing in the band as the lead Soprano/alto... and leaving my cat. Two completely different but nontheless irreplaceable things in my life. No more rehearsals for Sunday mornings or goofing off with the other band members - some of whom I've grown really close to... and my kitty, well, I'll miss her a ton more. I mean, she's pretty much adorable and I've had her for almost forever. It seems almost WRONG to leave her behind. But, well, I don't really have much choice.

I kind of want to shoot the gas prices over here which is up to almost $3 again... which would double in currency if we were talking pounds. So there's a lot of people walking places now. The weathers been really wierd to. Super super hot then super super cold then two days of fall weather then it's snowing and then it's back to 90 Degrees again. I mean, REALLY - Who needs that in their month??? Ugh. I'm not a big fan of hot weather personally. In what little spare time I can wrench away for myself I've been drawing, and reading... and making fun of Prince Charming. Who has become a very interestingly twisted character in all my conversations. I could practically RANT about how much I don't like this guy - and in fact, I have. My journal has seen much abuse about this fictional fellow and his real-life wannabes. Plainly, he just drives me nuts.

In conclusion, there is not enough Vanilla Coke in the world and I wish I could dye my hair red but since my job won't let me, I guess I'll just have to photoshop it in. *sigh*

That's all the news from America that I can really think of at the moment (of course, I AM a little brain-dead from all the cleaning we're doing...). Until next time...

Those are some doodles . My dad owns his own jewelry store, Bianchi jewelers. I was able to design his identity system for it, but I'm not very creative at designing jewelry. I don't know if you have heard from your job, but there is a 3d jewelry design program where you can create jewelry with any amount of detail. Then you send the file to a company that has a machine which will make an exact wax replica and send it back to you. It's very interesting, my dad wanted me to get into that, but I don't have the jewelry talent aspect. It might be something you'd be interested in or looking into. Best of wishes to you and I look forward to seeing more of your designs.

Awww well i think you have the talent your work is very very VERY good and I think you havbe a creative side you just need to find what sort of style you like in jewellery . I will look up this design program I have put some money aside to get one of my rings made I have 2 lil green diamonds i hope to use so if i get it made I will post it up where did you hear about this program.

My dad does custom jewelry, sales, and repairs. He has a laser welder which is pretty cool, you can weld next to diamonds and pearls without having to take them out of the setting because it doesn't get the metal as hot as a flame welder. There are a variety of the 3d jewelry programs, I heard about it from my dad who found out about them at jewelry conventions. Here are a few links I found about it on a quick search:

Rihno is one of the software brands.

It's just something to look into if that sort of profession interests you. I wish you the best in getting your ring made and I look forward to seeing pictures of it. Also, thank you for the kind words about my art page...I am lazy and should really update it hehe. Take care.

SirDavis In reply to Jibrille-Angelico [2008-06-13 11:43:44 +0000 UTC]

WOW! thank you so much these links will come in handy thank you for looking them up and I need to learn how to do jewellery repairs I do lil bits but notyhing like that with a laser welder I also looked up your dads store on the web if its the right one is it in calafornia my geography is rubish at the best of times lol.

Well I am very interestedto carry on in the jewelery trade and in design and thanks once again I will send you a link of the first ring .

Lol nah your not lazy I am I fell asleep at work once but I had been standing around for 5 hours and nothing had happened pluss i had a lil hangover puss I'm a English nut case lol oh well but your art work is indeed very very good.

Lol well you get the housing estates where every house is the same and they are all badly bulit 1960's designsand some of the flays are realy bad as well but like most places there is good and bad you just have to take the good with the bad.

London is lovely well again some bits the buildings are beautiful but if you go say to the east end of london it gets a bit ruff and london is amazing to see.

I live out in the country realy in a lil town called Anodover its an ok place to live the town is over 1000 years old so not bad.

whats it like where you are in israle.

i live in west Rishon, which is the newest part of it. i like it where i live, i think that's a real pretty place.

Well if you do move over here Iwish you the best of British luck it can be amazing living here but remeber there is good and bad in everything.

LOL Andover is ok I wouldn't say its all beautiful but parts of it are but some of the villages around the Andover are beautiful

Hey sounds nice I can't remeber where I was when I went to israle but it was still amazing but a tad hot tough but we did go during the summer lol.

I shall google earth Rishon LeZion and have a looksy.
