In July 2015, I quit my job to travel and write for a living. So far it hasn't been easy, but it's definitely been interesting. I've experienced more in the past year than I ever have before in my life, and learned a lot of lessons along the way. You can read of my adventures and the lessons they taught in my website link below. Here, I plan to share the photos I've snapped as I take on the world one adventure at a time.

As you are Jamaican, what do you think is the most outstanding thing about your country? Or what do you like best? Just curious.

You're welcome. I'm a fan of lovely architecture.

My favourite thing about Jamaica is the beaches. I'm there every weekend, and will probably be there even more often throughout the year. The beach is a good place for just about everything.

As you are German, what do you think is most outstanding about your country? Haha. I might actually move there next year, but I'm not at all excited about the weather... I HATE the cold. And of course... there are no beaches. :( (Sad)

There are beaches in Germany at the Baltic Sea and the North Sea. Water temperature can be estimated to be about 18 degrees centigrade in Summer.

As far as the weather is concerned ... well, we do not measure up with Jamiaca, for sure. :-) (Smile)

The most outstanding thing ... good question. Where I live, we have a rather hilly landscape with lots of forests, so it's very green. In the North, the land is flat but they have lakes and coasts and marshes.

I must apologise for taking this long to respond! Ended up quitting my job shortly afterwards and going on a long adventure that has not yet ended. I now live in the U.S. Unfortunately, I've still yet to make it to Germany but I haven't forgotten you guys!

How have you been doing over there? Is it getting nice and warm for you guys too now?

We had a warm winter here in Germany. Spring is rather capricious now, with cold, moist warmth, subsequent thunderstorms, rains and clouded skies.

I had a look at your website via your deviantart site and I'm impressed by your endeavours. I would probably never quit my job to travel but it's your life and - in the end - your risktaking will likely be rewarding.

A "warm" winter in Germany, sounds like an impossible paradox! All my friends assured me that no such thing exists!

Thank you for checking it out - that means the world to me. Yes, I got so fed up with Third World life in Jamaica. I really had to get out one way or another, and through a lot of perseverance and a little bit of luck, I'm in the U.S. now. I work as a writer and social media manager instead, which has been pretty fun.

You never know what you're capable of until you no longer have anything to lose!
