Wow, I seriously adore your illustrations and your 3D models! There are some things I would like to ask you if you don't mind:
I'm still a begginer in Blender when it comes with modeling characters and I don't know how most people's process on modeling a character starts. When you are about to model a character (after you finished the reference sheet with the character in the front, profile and back if I'm right), are you adding shapes to model them? (Like for example when you want to model the legs, you put a cylinder and then deform it until it takes the shape of the legs?)

And pretty much, When modelling I start with a circle (8-12 verts usually) then extrude it to form the shape of the body, all the other limbs I make by cutting and extruding parts of this body shape or joining more cylinders to it. I then just add a whole bunch of edge loops and deform the mesh to match the reference

I'm out of school now and doing a lot better for myself, decided art wasn't really my direction so I'm focusing in other areas right now and enjoying it a lot more
