Deviantart can be VERY picky when it comes to gif icons, but I made each frame in Photoshop (cause I didn't want white space in it, but any art program will work), went to a website to put it together to make it a gif, and then had to go to another website to shrink the file size.
It's best to go to this for help. How to Make An Animated Icon (Easy!)

Other than I wanted to change it cause I had that name since my webkinz account when I was 9, I wanna start putting my own kind of watermark on my artworks.
