Nah, actually is weird to me to eat a lot in Christmas haha.
I spent the night with my maternal family uwu.
And no, i've never tasted the eggnog, here where I live, in Mexico;
we drink ''Champurrado''. It's like hot chocolate, but heavier.

Well I donβt recommend eggnog... itβs kinda... nasty I had my first taste of it this year and I think the rest of the family can have it... a heavy hot chocolate! That sounds wonderful! Unfortunately I cannot have regular chocolate because it doesnβt like me... but I make chocolate from beets that I am told is almost identical! So I can probably make it! Hot would be way better than cold anyhow(it was -40 Christmas morning) not sure why we have cold drink in winter... I will look up a recipe! Thanks I always love trying new things! At least once...Β

Well, unfortunately, I couldn't visit Mexico City, but it's okay, I had a real good time here, and next year I'll go there twice!

haha there are 25 people staying with me who are older than 15... and another 16 under 15 and they are all my family! And their familyβs... so yep never a dull moment. Sounds like everyone will be gone by January 2... but till then we visit!Β

Yes! It will be sad to see them leave, and be all alone again! But as in everything the only constant is change! for without change there would not be anything! Like the tree standing strong in autumn itβs leaves full of colour, awaiting the first strong wind to whisk them away! In this moment there is life, colour, contentment, noise, and company! In the next they are gone, but never fear for that wich departed brings nourishment for those left behind, through memories shared throughout the year! until we meet again in spring rejuvenated and not nearly so irritating gathering once again to spend a short time to together!Β
Sorry not sure where that came from... itβs how I feel at the moment you know nervous and excited all at once... anyhoo I hope you enjoyed your own visit with family!
